Remember that we also are offering Confirmation this year. If your student is 6th grade or older and would like to prepare for this Sacrament, please sign the paper in the entry of one of the churches.

Please be sure to send in your PSR registration forms now. Textbooks and supplies will be ordered very soon. Registration forms were emailed to parents. If you need a form, please contact Anna Ruth.

Are you interested in becoming Catholic or learning more about the Catholic faith? RCIA classes will be starting soon. Contact the parish office or speak with Fr. Bob. We welcome anyone who wished to deepen their understanding of our Catholic faith.

Totus Tuus will be here for a great week, so please remember to mark your calendars for July 28- August 2. Please check the bulletin for announcements and needs for the week. Many hands make light work.

Both the Elevator project and Grotto projects have been fully funded. Father is most grateful for your stewardship and prayers for these projects and can't wait to get them completed. Thank you so much for your generosity!

Sunday, July 28th will be the Church Picnic and will kick off the Totus Tuus week of fun! We will be having the picnic again this year on the Danville premises so we can accommodate those attending with air conditioning and plenty of room to have kickball, soccer, football, water balloon dodge and corn hole games on the outdoor grounds. If you would be interested in signing up for a corn hole tournament, lease let us know so we can bring enough boards. There will be signup sheets for the picnic attendance at the entries of each of the churches in June. Just notate corn hole tourney beside your name when you sign up. The Knights will be cooking up hamburgers and hot dogs again for us and those attending are requested to bring ONE dish (your choice of side or dessert). Table service, drinks and ice cream will be provided by the Parish.

Sacred Heart Altar Guild is sponsoring a spaghetti Dinner on Sunday, April 28, 2024 from 11 am - 1 pm. Dine in or carry out.

Senior Recognition Gift forms (for all High School Seniors) are available in the back of all churches. Completed request forms must be returned by March 31st to the Parish Office. The forms are in the back of each church for you to pick up.

St. Joan of Arc Knights of Columbus are still collecting canned good for the food drive. Please place items in the boxes at the back of each church.

The St. Joan of Arc Knights are conducting their Pro Life Baby Shower during the month of January at all three church sites. If your budget allows please bring maternity or baby items and place them in the baby bed in the back of each of the churches. The items will be donated to the Pro Life Pregnancy Centers in the areas.

Starting January 1, 2024, anyone who is wanting to use/rent the parish facilities, Danville School, Harper Basement, Anthony Hall, MUST notify the Parish office and have a contract form filled out before the event can happen. This includes the Altar Guilds, Knights of Columbus, PSR or individuals wanting to use it for family gatherings or functions. There will be forms placed in the back of the churches and also accessible online. ANY PARISHIONER that has keys to a church building please let Father or the Office know.

The St. Cecilia Altar Guild will be sending care packages to the college students of our parish and to the military. Send names and address to the Parish Office. Do this by November 26th.

EMHC in person training will be held here Saturday, September 23, you are also able to register or renew your certificate online, contact the Parish office if you would like the link for online renewal.

Please find sign up posters for the picnic at the entry of all 3 churches from Sunday, June 25th through Sunday, July 9th. We are needing an estimate on attendance for ordering hamburgers, hot dogs and ice cream. Please hang up the flier you find in your bulletin as a reminder of all the fun activities. Sign up on the poster or a call to the parish office (620) 896-7886) will be most helpful and appreciated to make our parish picnic on Sunday, July 23rd a fun and enjoyable event. Those attending are requested to bring (1) potluck dish (Your choice of a side or a dessert). All table service provided. Iced tea, lemonade and water provided or BYOB. Invite your family and friends.
